Employee training is key to ensuring compliance with regulations, reducing employer liability, and avoiding litigation.

Specialized Training

Stay on top of OSHA’s and EPA’s regulations by empowering every employee in your dealership with compliance knowledge. This not only minimizes the risk of fines and citations, but will also position them as experts in front of clients and governmental agencies.

Currently, we offer 3 specialized trainings.

1. Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC)

What is it?

This course will cover specific techniques and methods for preventing a spill, controlling a spill, and what to do after a spill happens.

Oil spills can cause millions of dollars to clean up. This is why the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires an SPCC Plan for facilities with 1320 gallons or more of petroleum-based products in aboveground storage tanks. Not complying with this EPA regulation can lead to huge monetary losses, as well as a black mark on your reputation.

  • Identify facilities and oils covered by the rule
  • Common storage and handling information
  • Spill prevention measures
  • Control measures

  • Proper disposal practices

2. Annual Respiratory Training and Fit-Test

What is it?

This training helps your employees learn the importance of respiratory protection. It also helps them learn how to properly use and care for their equipment.

Why is it important?

OSHA has mandated that employers train and fit test their employees who use respiratory protection on the job.
