A Brief Overview

Celly Services History

Sam noticed that automotive dealers would be well-served by professionals with strong academic backgrounds, industry experience, and professional safety certification. He decided to bridge this gap in 1994 when he started an EHS consulting services firm after seven years of specialized experience in the industry.

Rebranded as Celly Services Inc. (CSI) in 2001, the company focuses specifically on helping automotive dealerships comply with environmental and workplace safety regulations. CSI covers the entire gamut of OSHA and EPA services, as well as online and in-person training modules to equip employees with best practices.

Over the years, the firm has grown to serve over nearly 400 dealers in the western United States.

CSI is an employee-owned company. The drive to delight customers is in the company’s DNA.

What’s more, founder Sam Celly is hands-on in the management and operation of the company on a daily basis. Clients can reach out to him daily with questions, concerns, and ideas related to compliance at their facility. Dealers can reach him after-hours and on weekends for quick informational turnarounds.
