Sam earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering at the Department of Chemical Engineering of Punjab University and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the School of Mines, South Dakota where he focused on water, wastewater engineering, and air pollution.

After seven years as an Environmental Engineer and Director at Kip Prahl Associates, Sam combined his EHS experience with his entrepreneurial skills and passion for health and safety to start his own company when his first child was born.

Sam earned a Juris Doctorate in Environmental Law and Labor & Employment Law from Southwestern University, California while starting his company. Sam’s passion for the automotive sector, and understanding that the quality and safety compliance aspects have a strong impact on reducing risks, led him to start Celly Services Inc. in 1994.

A believer of employee empowerment, Sam has induced a culture of trust and professionalism at CSI and has converted CSI into an employee-owned organization in 2015.
